We were in need of a locksmith on 6/12/2010 for our back sun lounge door lock. Found Paul on his Website. When I called he was very helpful and was round within about two hours by appointment. His first inclination was to repair and adjust the existing locking mechanism and not just to go straight for replacement as so many 'locksmiths' would. After an hour or so he managed to have the mechanism working better than it ever has done, even when newly fitted. Would definitely make use of his services should I have lock problems in the future. Highly recommended for his skills, honesty and reasonable charges.

I found Paul at Sidcup Locksmiths after doing an internet search for "Bexley locksmiths", ignoring all the call centre sites who "offer local service", take 3 hours to arrive and charge extortionate rates, I thought I would scroll down a bit to find a genuinely local locksmith. Paul arrived within an hour of speaking and also paid me the courtesy of ringing me on his journey to say he was stuck in traffic and would be delayed. That's what you call customer service! But it gets better, he was in the house within 5 minutes and no damage done to the door or the lock. He is a very genuine tradesman of the old school variety and I would absolutely recommend him to anyone who needs a locksmith. His prices are very fair and reasonable for the excellent service he provides.
